You need to be lucky with the weather as the view is less spectacular when it s overcast like it was on our visit today. On the skyscraper s 88th floor there is a glass walkway with not even handrails to block the views.

Not recommended for children with fear in height because they will only stay on the side and not want to step on the glass floor. But it s a must have experience. Overall the tower was a very good experience. Unfortunately it was raining and foggy at time of our visit and some buildings were not much visible when at the top.

It s 100th floor skydeck is certainly impressive to look at. On a glass bottomed walkway at 1 115 feet above the ground. The first step out is little unnerving but so fun to be above the square and get some great pictures. They will charge you for the visit.

It was a little pricey for just the observatory and not the lunch or dinner but not something to shy away from. It s a wonderful experience if you travel to shanghai you have to experience the 100th floor aerial view walking on the glass floor. The tower takes the form of nine cylindrical buildings stacked atop each other totalling 128 floors all enclosed by the inner layer of the glass facade. At the mean time the space functions as a heat insulation layer like in a thermos flask.
